These Terms of Service govern your use of texasgates.net and the services provided by Texas Gates ("we," "us"). By using our website or engaging us for service, you agree to these terms.
Texas Gates provides gate installation, repair, welding, custom fabrication, and access-control services for residential and commercial properties across the greater Houston area.
Our service-call fee is $89. Quotes are based on the information available and, where applicable, an on-site inspection. Final pricing may differ if the actual scope, parts, or conditions differ from what was described. We will confirm pricing before performing additional work.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can serve other customers.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Workmanship and equipment coverage is described on our Warranty page, which is incorporated into these terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, for obtaining any permits or HOA approvals that may be required, and for reasonable ongoing maintenance of your gate.
Equipment we install is covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty and is subject to that manufacturer's terms. We are not the manufacturer of that equipment.
We perform our work with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Gates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for pre-existing conditions, or for the prior work of others. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the work at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in the State of Texas.
