Setup and programming included
A CellGate install is not finished when the unit is on the post. We activate the cellular service, build the TrueCloud Connect account, add users and credentials, set schedules, configure camera events, and walk you through the app. Property managers get admin training so they can manage residents themselves.
Service and support
We service every CellGate system we install and most that we did not. Firmware, cellular plan changes, adding readers or cameras, and troubleshooting are all handled by the same technicians who did the install.
