Every gate we install starts as raw steel in our shop and ends welded to your exact opening — no prefab panels forced to fit, no subcontractors. The owner walks your driveway, looks at grade, fence line, power, and swing room, and gives you a written quote. Most residential gates are fabricated and installed within 1–2 weeks of approval.
Swing gates, single or dual leaf — best where the driveway is level and there’s room for the leaves to swing in. The classic estate look for Champions Forest, Memorial, and River Oaks.
Slide gates on V-track or rear pad — best for sloped drives, short setbacks, and wider openings where a swing won’t clear. Cantilever gates with no ground track — nothing to clog with leaves or shift with soil, the right answer for wide acreage entrances in Tomball, Magnolia, and Benders Landing.

A driveway gate is only as good as what’s behind it. We size LiftMaster, Viking, or Apollo operators to the gate’s real weight, length, and how many times a day it’ll cycle — with headroom. An undersized operator is the number-one reason a new gate fails early, and it’s the corner other installers cut first.
Underneath: quarter-inch hinge posts set in poured footings deep enough for Houston’s clay, heavy-duty welded hinges, and proper drainage on slide-gate pads. If the posts don’t move, the gate stays aligned for decades.
Every installation is wired and programmed before we leave: keypads, wireless remotes, in-ground exit loops, photo-eye and edge safety sensors, and smartphone control through LiftMaster myQ or CellGate. Want video intercom or telephone entry for a gated drive? We install DoorKing and CellGate.

Clay soil across Harris and Montgomery County heaves seasonally, so footing depth matters more here than almost anywhere else in Texas.
