Fence failure in Houston is almost always a post problem: shallow footings in clay that heaves every summer, or wood posts that rot at grade. We set steel posts in poured concrete to depth, drain the footings, and finish iron and steel with primer plus powder coat or industrial enamel for humidity. It costs a little more, and it’s why our fences don’t lean in three years.

HOAs in Spring’s master-planned communities usually specify fence height, material, and sometimes color — we handle the submittal drawings.
