Repair and maintenance
The CSW200 is robust, but high-cycle gates need maintenance. We offer quarterly service for commercial and community gates covering the operator, safety devices, and hinges. Common repairs are board replacements after storms and arm hardware wear from gate sag.
Replacing an undersized operator
A lot of our CSW200 installs replace a residential operator that was never going to survive on a heavy gate. We reuse posts and access devices where possible and correct the hinge and post issues that killed the last operator.
