Master-planned communities across Spring and The Woodlands — Gleannloch Farms, Augusta Pines, Benders Landing — increasingly standardize on CellGate for gated sections. Storage and apartment properties along 249 and I-45 are still largely DoorKing telephone entry, which we service and, as landlines disappear, migrate to cellular. Summer storms are hard on entry electronics; we recommend surge protection on every panel.
