An undersized operator is the single most common reason a gate fails early, so we spec yours with real headroom.
The hardware underneath matters just as much. We install heavy-duty welded hinges and pivot posts set in properly poured footings, because a sagging hinge or a shifting post will misalign even the best operator. Already have a gate? We also handle gate motor repair and hinge replacement — rebuilding what is salvageable and replacing what is not, rather than selling you a full system you do not need.
A driveway gate is really an access-control system, and the accessories are what make it convenient and safe day to day. In Spring we install keypads and wireless remotes for everyday entry, plus smartphone control through LiftMaster myQ and CellGate so you can let in family, guests, or contractors from anywhere.
Underneath that, we install the detection hardware that keeps a gate from closing on a vehicle: in-ground loop detectors for free exit and safety reversing, photo-eye sensors, and edge sensors. For multi-resident or commercial entries we add DoorKing telephone entry and video intercoms. Loops, remotes, keypads, intercoms, and cloud access are all configured and tested before we leave.
Spring's mature tree cover and greenbelt lots mean root systems and limited line-of-sight affect post placement, trenching, and sensor alignment, so we plan the layout to keep loops, power, and photo eyes clear of roots and canopy.
